Coachella: fucking rocked
that's all for now. i'm still on LA time and it's 430am but 8am there and i work in 4hours. you of all people know how that feels.

also, i saw the larry clark retrospective in NYC today. Kids, Bully - that guy. for $10, you get to see his photos and various work. i shit you not, his drug habit list from 1990 was longer than my grocery list. itemized like "list drugs ever used: cocaine, how much: a lot, how often: more than i can recall, when used: 1980s-90, stopped: 1990" for $10 you get to watch the movie of the week in sofas on a huge-ass screen; this week its kids. for $10, you get to see a movie in a theater but this is more. his autobiography from "teenage lust", his second book, was written obviously on speed and is streams of thought rather than coherent chronology.
despite not showing 'ken park' - not released and in the can for two years though i caught it at the film fest last year - really worth it.
