well A) i'm disappointed that it's been canceled and not on back order or delayed
and i called to follow up this morning and all was well and separately – and unsolicited – get an email that i've saved money on shipping due to being in jersey.
most of the time this would be acceptable though disappointing. today is the wrong day to tell me i've lost two days believing my order is the last thing i have to worry about.
i'm extremely dissatisfied with your end-of-day so i can't call you back "oh, by the way?" and with you obviously poor communication from warehouse to store.

i was all ready to rave about your store to others.
be sure i'll be doing quite the opposite now.
