Weighing Prosoft customer service

24hrs since i placed another call to Prosoft and no response;
i'm awaiting tech support on their Data Rescue App.
it saved my internal but not my external drive; i didn't need to contact them on the internal but now i'm really hurting.
80GB of movies, music and pictures?

they have this shitty call-back service: leave name number email and a brief description of the problem and they'll call you back.
